Wet seasons may make some tracks slippery, but the scenery is lush and bird activity is high.
Getting to Queen Elizabeth National Park
QENP is accessible by road and air. From Kampala, it is about an 8–10 hour drive via Mbarara or Masaka. For quicker access, domestic flights from Entebbe or Kampala land at Kasese Airport. Within the park, 4×4 vehicles are recommended for game drives and travel across rugged terrain.
