5 Days Rwanda safari : You will get the chance to participate in some of the best activities available when on a safari in Rwanda on a 5 Days Rwanda safari. Gorilla trekking in Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park is the tour’s high point. In addition to seeing gorillas, you’ll visit Nyungwe National Park for chimpanzee trekking and a canopy walk. In addition, there is a tour of Kigali’s city, a visit to a local culture, and trekking with golden monkeys. Among Rwanda’s most popular wildlife sites are Nyungwe, Akagera, and the Volcanoes National Park. Although a visit to Akagera National Park is not included in this itinerary, it can be added for those who would like to go on a lengthier safari and take part in a typical game drive.

Day 1: Pick up Kigali city and transfer to Nyungwe forest national park.
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and canopy walk.
Day 3: Drive to volcanoes national park and visit the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo.
Day 4: Gorilla trekking and afternoon visit to ibyiwacu cultural center.
Day 5: Golden monkey trek and depart to Kigali.

Day 1: Pick up Kigali city and transfer to Nyungwe forest national park.
Start your 5 day trip with a pick up from Kigali , later do Kigali city tour visiting the Kigali genocide memorial for to witness some of the dark past that the genocide had in Rwanda . later you will embark on a drive to Nyungwe forest national park in southern Western Rwanda. upon arrival, you will head straight to your accommodation where you will have dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and canopy walk.
Get up in the morning have breakfasts and later you will head out to the park headquarters, where you will be briefed and later you will head into jungles in search chimpanzees through the forest, upon finding them you will spend with them 1 hour, taking photos and interacting with them. later you will check head back to the lodge for where you will have lunch and relaxation.
After lunch you will head out for canopy walk where you will have a birds view of Nyungwe forest national park, granting you scenic views of the park in a nature walk. Later head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to volcanoes national park, with a visit to the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo.
In the morning after breakfast, you will be pick up from your lodge by Muhiga Safari guide and you will embark on a drive to volcanoes national park, you will have a stop over at the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo as you proceed to volcanoes national park. Upon arrival to volcanoes national park, you will check in at the lodge for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 4: Gorilla trekking in volcanoes national park and Ibyiwacu cultural visit.
In the morning after breakfast, you will head straight to the park headquarters where you will be briefed on the gorilla trekking procedures, later head out for gorilla trekking, be assigned a gorilla family and head out for gorilla trekking. Upon meeting the gorillas, you will spend with them 1 hour interacting and taking as many photos as you can. Later reunite with your guide and head back to the park to your lodge, where you will have lunch and relaxation.
After lunch, you will head to Ibyiwacu cultural village also known as gorilla guardian , you will immerse yourself into the Rwanda cultural while being equipped Rwanda traditional culture such as ways of prepaying food, marriage ceremonies, traditional dances , sharpeing local tools among others. later head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Golden Monkey trekking and transfer back to Kigali.
In the morning after breakfast, you will be driven to the briefing area for golden monkey, later you will head to the forest in search for the shy cute monkeys, you will spend with them 1 hours and later you will head back to the lodge, check and transfer to Kigali and be dropped off at any place of choice.
